I am a Development and Evaluation Expert with over 15 years of professional experience in Consultancy, Research and Project implementation for multi – national donors and agencies. Credited for successful strategy development and implementation in various organizations including: SNV-Netherlands Organization, International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), One Health – HORN Regional Network, Africa Centre for Innovations in Agri-Trade (AFRICIAT), Georgia Health Policy Center – USA, Jubilant Stewards of Africa (JSA), and Centre for Project Management and Finance. An adept monitoring and evaluation expert and a trainer in various capacities. Odollo has wide experience in the design, oversight and implementation of Impact Evaluations, Establishment of Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, including the establishment of the Results Measurement plans, Programmes Theory of Change, Log frames & Implementation frameworks. Odollo works as an MEL Coordinator with AFRICIAT, supporting MEL activities of various projects of their clients. Currently, Odollo supports Project Implementation as a consultant on the development of Awareness and Social Behaviour Change (SBCC) Strategy, materials, and support implementation to promote productive use of renewable energy technologies for SNV.

Between January 2022 and May 2022, Odollo worked on One Health – HORN Regional Network project of value chain mapping of dairy and vegetable farming practices in Laikipia: Implications on health and nutritional outcomes in children under 5 years, in Laikipia County, Kenya as Research and Evaluations Consultant. Between May 2021 to January, 2022, he worked as a Research and Project Consultant on the ILRI) – Kenya’s assignment on: Nutrition social Behaviour change communication for improved diets and care practices for women and children in Kenya: Case of Dairy Value chain component - Accelerated Value Chain Development Program. Between May 2020 – April 2021, I coordinated and managed Cook Book project for Georgia Health Policy Center – USA as the Project Director in Kenya, with the mandate of validating incoming data to check information accuracy and integrity while independently locating and correcting concerns, streamlining research processes to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects, distilling large amounts of information and produced reports and documents outlining key details of the project, and supported design and implementation of survey instruments such as telephone questionnaires to obtain study information, as well as Designed and executed study entry approaches for the project successful completion. Conducted baseline, midline and end line evaluation consultancies for various organizations lately evaluation of nutrition SBCC in an agriculture intervention in western Kenya. Between Oct 2017 – Feb 2018, worked as a Monitoring & Evaluation Team Leader with the Centre for Project Management and Finance when I led a team of researchers contracted by Tana River County Government to review 2013 – 2018 CIDP projects, with the mandate to: Meet and discuss with stakeholders of various projects initiated by the County government, review County initiated projects, responsible for measuring, monitoring and evaluating projects undertaken by the county government, made operational arrangements to Collect, analyze and report on project data to the County management using success indicators, and assisted in developing the Field Implementation Plan (FIP) for the County government and community
