Kelvin Musikoyo

I have over 10 years’ experience in project management in the international development and humanitarian assistance sectors. In particular, I am proficient in implementing resilience value chains, management and coordination of activities within the planning and budgeting cycle, resilience, livelihood, governance, and food security in Kenya and HoRN of Africa including Somalia, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Uganda, and Democratic Republic of Congo. I am passionate and committed to working with the marginalized and vulnerable groups in the society to build their resilience to economic shocks, alleviate extreme poverty and hunger through improved income from trade opportunities, strengthen capacity of policy makers to make durable solutions on sustainable and inclusive trade, and advocate for policy reforms that reduce barriers to trade but promote business competitiveness and access to markets for traders, for improved economic recovery, growth, and self-reliance.
