My name is Kelvin Too and I am an Health Records and Information
Management graduate. I am writing in response to  advert for Health
Records Information Officer post from organization/company that are hiring.

I am Reliable, trustworthy, numerate and meticulous Health Records and
Information Management graduate with practical hands-on approach and
proven ability to work in any organization.I have ability to manage day-to-day
operations and demonstrate ability to acquire new knowledge and skills
rapidly, helping in creating organizational and project budgets smoothly.
Authentic track record of surpassing set deadlines, contributing to the
development and implementation of organizational strategies.

accurate records including names, addresses, telephone numbers, all
contact information and details of the clients. I understand how important it
is to ensure this information is up to date at all times so that no mistakes
are made with wrong information.
Because of my previous roles and experience in managing the information
I understand the importance of keeping it confidential.I do not disclose any
information to colleagues or anyone outside of the business.
I am a very accurate and organized person; I thrive on getting things right
the first time and have in the past created systems that ensured
