In my most recent position at Absa Bank as a Sales Manager, I spearheaded several successful campaigns for new products that supported the drive towards revenue growth for the bank. My aptitude for market analysis helped me identify key demographics to target the marketing efforts. My most successful campaign was in 2019 where I doubled product sales for over three months. I believe that I could bring this level of success to your organization and also help boost the level of customer satisfaction and Service.
I am a Kenyan citizen aged 40 years. I have also worked at Direct Channel-Simba Tech Limited now known as CCI Kenya as a Team Manager and as a Customer Care Representative supporting Britam and Zuku Customers. I have also previously worked with the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation in various positions and as a video recorder and editor at Dominion International situated in Westlands.
In addition to my technical skills, I’m a strong leader and a problem solver with the ability to learn, think strategically and manage competing priorities. I have greatly enjoyed working on the Sales and Customer Service fields especially on the campaigns and I feel that I'm ready for a new challenge and am intrigued by the opportunity to help move your organization to the next level.
