About Josphat Murungi:

I am an enthusiastic individual, goal-oriented, and ready to learn new ideas and skills. I have
more than 2 years experience in Customer Service. The skills that I have include but are not
limited to; negotiation, interpersonal skills, communication skills, analytical skills, problem
solving, critical thinking, team player, among others. I believe that given the opportunity, I
will not only learn but also help the organization meet its mission and vision.

Experience

I have worked with Boresha Credit Service as Account Manager loan team and also worked
with Calm recoveries and quest holding ltd as a debt collector. From both the three
companies, I used to be one of the best performers and I was graded as the most tough but
firm negotiator.

 

Education

Am a vibrant I.C.T CERTIFICATE GUY .Ready  to provide a competent full time position in the Technology field
where I can demonstrate my technical and academic skills in
contributing the best to the organization’s capacity. My objective is
to work hard to add value to Information Communication and
Technology skills and bringing up my strong research skills in ICT
