I bring over 5 years of diverse experience spanning customer service, tele-investigations, child protection, campus security, and community engagement. Most recently, I worked for 3 years in a customer service and tele-investigation role, where I handled client queries, resolved complaints, and supported fraud detection processes. Prior to that, I served as an intern Children Officer for 6 months, assisting in child protection and welfare interventions. I also worked as a Student Security Assistant at my university for 4 years, ensuring safety and compliance across campus. Additionally, I contributed to grassroots development for 2 years through a Community-Based Organization (CBO), where I coordinated outreach and empowerment programs. My background reflects a strong commitment to service, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement across varied environments.

I hold a degree in Criminology and Security Studies, which equipped me with a strong foundation in crime prevention, risk assessment, investigation techniques, and enforcement of compliance protocols. My studies also covered areas such as fraud detection, conflict resolution, and security operations, providing me with the analytical and strategic skills essential for maintaining safety and operational integrity in various organizational settings.
