I am a self driven person with over 13 years of experience in the architectural profession.

• Experience in seeking, securing, appraising, and implementing viable projects.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, necessary for the creation of an atmosphere of harmony between participants, from project inception, through implementation to completion stages.
• A practical approach, with an ability to conceptualize and establish project objectives, implementation strategies and integrate evolving client/project objectives.
• Experience in delivering up quality, cost effective functional building developments within budget and time constraints.
• Ability to manage viable development projects, including Construction Site Management and overall Project Management. 

My computer knowledge and skills include:

• MS Office Suite, 
• CAD Skills i.e., ArchiCAD (Up to ArchiCAD 26), D5 Render, Artlantis Render.
• BIM User,
• Project Planning software.

Having been in active practice for over 13 years, I am endowed with a skill set fit for positions of; Architect, Architect Assistant, Architectural Technician and Project management.
