I am a creative, hardworking and ambitious experienced Product Development and Transactional Banking Manager with a talent for thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative ideas, products and solutions across various sectors and industries.

Duties and Achievements:

●  To understand clients' businesses and to anticipate the requirements through a consultative selling process.

●  To match clients' needs with product capabilities through presentation of structured tailored demonstrations

and proposals for product development.

●  To negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.

●  Lead on product conceptualization, business case documentation, development, testing, packaging and roll-out in conjunction with the various stakeholders.

●  Lead liaison between customer, business unit, system developers, and vendors through the product life cycle.

●  Provide annual Product budget plans and keep track of actual costs to ensure optimization and budget adherence with proper update to management.

●  Advise the bank management on any new developments in the cash management front to keep pace with competition via market research and periodical product reviews thus establish product consumption; viability and net worth.

●  Lead utilization of Cash Management solutions as the preferred delivery channels in the bank through the various sales /relationship teams; sales drives; campaigns, staff coaching and training and ensure client satisfaction.

●  Develop product programs and training materials for each new product and conduct reviews on existing products to ensure ongoing viability, propose enhancements, and develop tactical plans towards achieving set risk and compliance criteria.

●  Lead in process reviews, documentation and reengineering with the operations teams.

●  Contribute to the overall growth of customer base for the bank through / jointly with internal and external

service providers to ensure that product gaps that impair the client value propositions are addressed timely.

Achievements

●  Implemented Bulk Payment Solution housing Pesalink and Mpesa with revenue generation of 60M

●  Stabilised and turned around Pesalink services witnessing a collection growth of 450% Q1.

●  Successful RFP bids on Ministry of Agriculture valued at Kes 4B Yr 21/22 & DOD for Payment & Trade services respectively, Several County Government bids on Provision of Administration Services for Staff and Members of County Assembly Mortgage and Car Loan Scheme, Laikipia County Revenue Collection Account, Kakamega & Kiambu County Government Salary Processing.

●  Established and enhanced Pre-validation, Push notification services to support additional payment services (Pesalink and LNM) boosting our liability growth through coordinated sales engagements.

●  Enhanced Customer reconciliation services by customization of validation services.

●  Delivery of NFI of Kes 1.6B Q3 2022 from a budget of Kes 1.1B through various drives with RMs and retails teams for services enhanced on our channels (Mobile & Online banking).

●  Grow partnerships on collection / payment services – Integration to KRA collections of Kes 2B.

●  Q2 doubled KPLC collection to Kes100M MOM through target marketing campaign.

●  Implement Remote Cheque Scanning Solution for Saccos and Corporate clients with turnover of 28B Q3
