Professional with in-depth and broad experience in ICT and other disciplines, I am positioned to perform my responsibilities and duties excellently. This includes integration with APIs provided by international and local companies including VISA, mVisa, Master Card, and MPESA. Other than that, I have experience in the processing of remote sensing data and GIS. 

The tools and technologies I have used include RESTful and SOAP Services, ASP .NET, C# .NET, C/AL, Transact-SQL, Javascript, CSS, MVC, XML, JSON, MS SQL, Postgress, NAV Web Services, AJAX, jQuery and Web API.

The certifications I hold include in CDPSE, Social Protection, CISA, MS SQL, IT Governance, Dynamics NAV ERP, Serenic Navigator, and trusteeship. COBIT 2019, PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 (ISMS), GDPR, and PCI DSS are some of the frameworks and standards I have experience with or have been trained in. 

Other experiences I have include in social protection practice and training, pension scheme trusteeship (governance, investment, funding and administration) and climate change adaptation and drought risk reduction. Am always eager to contribute to initiatives that touch on these areas.
