• Stock management through regular stock taking and monitoring of stock movement.
• Compile key performance indicators such as daily sales reports, customer service levels, orders by customers and complaints.
• Guarantee efficient use of purchasing systems by all user departments.
• Act as a link between local stakeholders,suppliers and procurement organization.
• Manage purchase requisitions and orders according to defined strategies and frameworks.
• Provide advisory services in procurement matters and clarify user requirements.
