 Secretarial / Administrative support to the Senior Management Team including:
managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense
reports, composing and preparing confidential correspondence, arranging complex
and detailed travel plans.
 Front Office Management: Coordinating office activities and operations
 Knowledge of remote communication tools like Zoom, Teams, Skype and Webex.
 Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail register for deliveries and postage by
receiving and recording Parcels and Telephone management.
 Maintain Time keeping and personnel records.
 Office Budgeting, Handle Petty cash.
 Excellent Typing skills.
 SLA and Business permit Renewals.
 Experienced at preparing communication materials (PowerPoint, Word documents,
email correspondence that meet Board-level / Senior Management Team
standards).
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and
expertise in managing databases such as Microsoft Access
 Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and
coaching.

Approximate rate: KSh 1,500 per hour

Experience

An Organized Office Administrator with 6 Years Experience in Scheduling meetings,
appointments, reviewing and issuing documents, emails, researching
information and organizing documentation, receiving calls, calendar
management,Typing,compiling reports, managing correspondence in order
of importance/Urgency/Priority, delegating duties to staffs, providing
customer care support to all walking clients and telephone enquiries to all
walk-in clients, computer operator, follow-ups, scheduling &cancelling
meetings, managed and prepared remote communication tools like Zoom,
Teams, Skype and WebEx. Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail
register, office budgeting, handling petty cash.

Education

Diploma Graduate in International Relations.
