I have good knowledge in Secretarial field, reception and insurance office. i have worked for over 10 years.  Am excellent in computer (Ms.Word, Excel, Power point presentation). Due to multi-tasking i have learnt so much in my career ie,

As as secretary, i  enjoy offering good services to our customers, ensure office documents are properly and systematically filed, ensure all the offices facilities are well cleaned by the cleaners, all staff files and records are in order and up to date. I also prepare powerpoint presentation.

While in the front office: My responsibilities Include answering and forwarding calls, emails, assisting customers and scheduling appointments.

while in insurance department; have learnt to help in underwriting using Birthmark system ie. raising debit notes, receipts, credit notes, nil endorsement, reporting claims, issuing digital certificates. Also assist in following up claims with the insurance companies making sure our client is well compensated on the loss of the specific policy he/she has insured with us. 

I am looking forward to work in a dynamic and challenging environment that will enable me learn more skills, to utilize my interpersonal skills and contribute towards the company/firms growth and success.
