I am a Nutritional Therapist  graduated from a UK renowned university (with Distinction). I had an extensive 4.5 diploma, accredited by the National Technical Education Certificate (NTEC) and I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
Nutritional Therapy utilizes a functional medicine approach, which looks to restore health by addressing the root cause of disease for each individual. It uses a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual's symptoms and health concerns.

The course culminated with a comprehensive clinical training  that included the written preparation and online delivery of nutrition consultation to real-life clients under supervision. We were expected to demonstrate a critical and evidence-based approach to designing the interventions, as well as adherence to and awareness of all relevant codes of professional practice and safety issues.

Currently, I give clients  1-1 consultations to help them improve their health and address specific health concerns, thereby promoting a better quality of life.

I have a one year experience in one-on-one nutritional therapy consulting service. My goal is to empower females to take control of their health and make sustainable, long-term health changes.I do this by closely evaluating their individual needs and tailoring interventions to meet those needs. I set the highest standards in my consultations, ensuring all recommendations I offer are grounded in the latest evidence-based research. As opposed to the standard “one-size-fits-all” programmes, I follow a personalised “one-size-fits-one” approach, where I work together with my clients, going through their health history, diet and lifestyle and attempt to find out root causes for their symptoms, thus working from the inside out to support them towards optimal health. One of the wide range of tools I use is functional testing to further support personalized nutritional interventions.In addition, I believe that educating my clients as we work together empower them to sustain the changes long term when we part.
