My name is Otubula Hellen.I am a self _motivated and progress driven Human Resource Management and development leader with extensive background in the field of human resource management and customer service.

I have worked with the National Hospital Insurance Fund as a Human Resource Management Attachee and I have also worked with the Azul Margarita Hotel (Mombasa) in the customer service section.

I exercise skills in management, quality improvement and consistently contribute to team efforts and organizational improvement.I am open _minded and focused on new developments.I have proven to be effective and motivational with aptitude in communication and collaborative work .I enjoy brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal.

Throughout the course of my career,I have polished my skills in  task execution to ensure service delivery and customer engagement.I am an astute problem solver capable of prioritizing and managing complexities with proficiency

Responsibilities;

Attending to customers queries,complaints and ensuring they are resolved promptly and recorded in the appropriate register 

Receiving and assisting customers in  opening NHIF accounts within policies and procedures which helped to save time 

Creating and updating customers files.This aided the records department In easy retrieval of data urgently required 

Calling and advising customers on any updates   about the accounts or firm products  which resolved 90%of customers problems 

Graduated in 2022 with a diploma in Human Resource Management
