About Grace Ngari:

Hello, my name is Grace Ngari but most people call me Nimo like Finding Nemo the fish character. I live in Nairobi, Kenya.

I was recently working for a BPO company known as CCI Kenya as a call and chat agent for the Instacart campaign which is an American and Canadian online shopping company. I am looking to move from my old role to a new and better level in my career. I’ve expanded my professional skill set and built great relationships with my former coworkers and clients. 

I want to find an opportunity that allows me to take on more responsibilities and progress my career. Also seeking for both career change and brand new challenges.

 

My strong communication and typing skills will ensure first-rate customer service. I am confident that I would be an asset.
