Grace Atemo

Iam  an undergraduate taking a course in bachelor of science in human resource management. 

Iam  a highly motivated , self driven and result oriented person with unmeasurable passion in human resource services. 

I have gained alot of skills and knowledge both from school and field.

My career in human resource management has helped me gain skills in performance management areas,  employee relations skills,  good record keeping of documents both in soft copy and hard copies filed , communication skills both verbally and written and also gained skills in problem solving .

Iam  a self driven person with strategic mindset and am always able to adapt to any given environment around me .

My strong dedication to work allows me to thrive hard and always achieve te work given to me.

Iam always up to seeking solutions to challenges related to work and always driving to enhancements to rised challenges 

I got a privilege to work at Kenya Bureau of Standards as an attachee for 3 months and gained alot of skills 

I took part in training and development programs by scheduling training programs and issuing rewards to employees who went for the training in form of certificates. 

I took part in the health and safety section by ensuring that the employees are well attended to .

Also learnt alot on employee relations with the customers and other stakeholders. 

Currently iam taking a BSC in human resources management at Jomo Kenyatta university of Agriculture and Technology.
