About Frank Kaleve:

I have worked closely with both local and international insurance companies in my experience, spanning close to a decade. I have gained valuable experience, gaining deep understanding of the insurance market, understanding gaps and identifying viable solutions. I have worked closely and interacted with top professionals within Kenya and globally, giving me a unique insight and experience on how to handle various insurance needs, unique for each client. I have experience in underwriting, where I have dealt mainly with insurance intermediaries, creating trust and lasting relationships, which resulted in doubling of the medical insurance portfolio during my tenure.

I have also worked closely directly with the clients and insurance companies, as a client service executive and currently as a relationship manager. As a testimony to my quick learning and adaptability to change, I won the Client Service executive of the year in my first year, having achieved 100% retention in my portfolio.

As a relationship manager, my retention rate is at 93%, with an overall growth in portfolio (114%) as a result of client referrals.

I look froward to applying my skills to help the company grow and achieve it's objectives.
