I am Felix Kanyua James Gitau and I have been in culinary arts filed for the past 17 years, with experience across the board hotels, restaurants, hospitals and food safety (ISO/FSSC 22000-2005/JCIA). I have had the opportunity to sharpen and enhance my skills as I grew in this industry such as food cost, kitchen management/operations, menu development and engineering, food safety, banqueting and public relations. My current assignment I am working with Aga Khan University Hospital as the Executive Chef. My main roles include coordinate/managing kitchen operations, production and service delivery. In addition, menu training and engineering, Food safety training and all aspects of kitchen administration.
