 As a M&E Officer my roles include:

• Develop improvements in tools and/or processes to support information governance.
• Implementation of data quality control activities.
• Provide additional on-site training and technical support to the implementing partner staff on data collection tools and equipment.
• Create and maintain good working relations with all delivery partners, fellow employees, and beneficiary communities.
• Act as the software champion providing technical assistance to the overall project team when required.
• Support in collecting data needed for the outcome indicators and support data collection processes if needed.
• Support in Beneficiary tracking and maintenance of up-to-date beneficiary database and the beneficiary tracker.
• Support MEAL team with conducting assessments as needed, facilitate focus groups, Key Informant interviews and other qualitative data collection exercises.
• Lead in conducting baseline and post- distribution monitoring surveys with targeted communities.
• Work with the project teams and communication officer to ensure documentation of program learning initiatives and outcomes (case studies, photos, lessons learnt).
• Conducting monitoring visits, community visits, focus group discussions with beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries to receive feedback on project activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Gender and Development Studies.
