Currently, I serve as a medical detailer within a leading SRH organization in Kenya, where my responsibilities encompass a wide array of functions including provider trainings, provider value clarification and attitude transformation and spearheading new product introductions and launches. With a background rooted in delivering actionable solutions, I excel in provider behavior change communication, territory management, and business development. My tenure at Viya Health Enterprises as a reproductive health product advisor, coupled with prior experience at Marie Stopes Kenya, has equipped me with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and fortified my relationships with reproductive health providers nationwide. Noteworthy achievements include driving sales growth through strategic detailing efforts, bolstering healthcare provider product knowledge, and fostering brand loyalty via innovative communication strategies. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and Technology with a major in Biotechnology. Additionally, I am a TOT in provider value clarification and attitude transformation and behavior change communication, certification in anti-fraud and bribery prevention, completion of supervisory skills training, certification in assessor training based on ISO standards, and training in selling skills excellence and pharmacy excellence conducted by commercial training leads from MSD.
