Additionally, it involves contributing to sales improvements, personal development planning, profiling potential customers, monitoring competitor activity, creating pharmacy call cycles, driving growth through detailing efforts, educating pharmacists, and gathering insights for customer-centric planning.

 

Education

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and Technology with a major in Biotechnology. Additionally, I am a TOT in provider value clarification and attitude transformation and  behavior change communication, certification in anti-fraud and bribery prevention, completion of supervisory skills training, certification in assessor training based on ISO standards, and training in selling skills excellence and pharmacy excellence conducted by commercial training leads from MSD.
