Acting as the contact person at nominated sales point for all incoming inquiries from potential and existing Clients in respect to asset Finance products offered by the Company. 
Conducting pre-assessment of Client’s financial position and offering the best suitable product configuration.
Issuing appropriate Loan Agreement, ensuring data entry accuracy and correctness and making sure that all essential conditions of Loan agreement such as (but not limited to) duration, payment schedules, due amount, as well as legally binding consequences in case of breach of Terms and Conditions of this
Ensuring agreement are fully explained to the Client and accepted by the Client advancing on customer support by conducting preventive and follow-up calls and reminders to clients to ensure adherence to payment schedules

Branch Administrator Accomplishments and responsibilities
Managing all stock processes in the branch.
Managing logbook and plates processes in the branch
Managing branch finances.
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at the branch.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure all bills and invoices are paid and documented properly.
Ensure the company’s policies, processes, and code of conduct are followed by AFOS.
Complete all tasks and responsibilities within the agreed deadlines
Act on all administrative duties as per the agreed process.
Proactively recommend improvements and innovative ideas to increase business efficiency.
