My name is Elizabeth Wanjiku Ndabi, a single woman aged 41years. A holder of Kenya National Identity Card Number: 22192247. I am a mother of 2 children, aged 17yrs and 10 years. I am Christian. 
I completed my secondary education in the year 1999 and l attained a grade of C-. l later joined Kenyatta Virtual University in the year 2002 and undertook a certificate course in Computer Maintenance and Repair. Later, l joined Kenya Institute of Management in Nairobi and took a diploma course in Business Management (Marketing Specialization) and graduated in the year 2019. In the year 2020, l joined St. Paul’s University, Limuru and undertook a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (Business Management Specialization) till August 2022 (Graduation is on 18th November, 2022)
I have a ten (10) years’ experience Marketing and Sales Management. I also have seven (5) years of business management skills in a management position. Marketing involves a lot of travelling and l am willing to travel to market our products and services across the country.

 See that all VIPs and other dignitaries are pre-registered and VIP treatment extended to them.
 Ensure that occupancy figures are correct at all times and communicated to the other departments.
 Check receptionists’ work and ensure they uphold commitment to focus on standards
  Be alert of group arrivals and VIPs and their expected times in the hotel.
 Ensure all check-ins are handled properly and all sections informed.
 Ascertain that all expected departures are out by check out times and communicated to all respective sections.
 Ensure that all day rooms occupied are charged as per billing instructions and invoices delivered to the accountants.
 Maintain continuous contact with the hotel guest t ensure that any problem are complaint are handled promptly and courteously.
 Ascertain that special requests are accorded to clients.
 Ensure that all guests’ messages / mails are delivered promptly in case of staying in guests and future guests should be kept a delivered on the day if check in.
 Ensure that any package or parcel left at the desk is properly recorded awaiting pick up.
