About Donovan Hall:

I am an American English teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience. I have taught in several countries including China, Japan, the USA, and Kenya, and I have taught a variety of age groups including adults, high school, middle school, and elementary-aged students. My subject focus has mostly been ESL, English literature, ELA, journalism, and other English adjacent subjects. I am also continuing professional education to stay up to date and qualified for teaching positions.

Experience

I am an American English teacher with six years of experience. I've taught in China, Japan, the USA, and Kenya, and I've worked with a variety of age groups. I've taught adults as well as children in high school, middle school, and elementary school grades. My subject areas include ESL, English literature, ELA, journalism, and other English adjacent subjects. I have a bachelor's in English and a master's degree in TESOL. I'm currently undergoing continuing professional education to receive a US state teaching license as well.
