I'm melody ondisa,an experienced and certified yoga and Pilates instructor in Nairobi Kenya ,ice been doing yoga for the past 7 years.my expertise is in hatha,vinyasa,power,yin yoga and Pilates.
I'm very driven and passionate about my work
Experience
I've practiced yoga for the past seven years, learning from different teachers,and helping my health and growth.i started teaching yoga in 2019 after I got enough knowledge on various disciplines of yoga and how to approach it.later got certified to teach vinyasa and power yoga which I started teaching with private clients around Nairobi first.
In 2020 I got employed at my first studio in Karen called abbe spin studio where I taught hatha and vinyasa group classes
I still taught private yoga including pre natal ,post natal, beginner yoga,yin and Thai yoga
In 2021 after my yin yoga certification I got a chance to teach at another studio in Karen called dojo wellness,it has been a pleasure interacting with different people and blessing them with the gift that is yoga
Education
I studied English and literature in kenyatta university up until my 3rd year took a break due to financial reasons.
I have certification to teach yin and hatha yoga.
