My skills and expertise lie in ensuring that the company comply with the health, safety, and environmental protocols, Quality Control, Project Management and managing staff. I have excelled in capacity training and development, Accident and Incident Investigation, Equipment and plants inspection and conducting Audits both internal and External, EHS Trainer having trained over 1000 Employees, First Aid, Preparation of relevant HSE Reports, formulating and implementing of HSE policies and Social and Environmental management among others.
Highlights of my experience include; minimizing safety citations and building the desired safety culture, establishing, managing and monitoring health and safety standards, implementing several projects that have significantly reduced production and energy costs for the plant, supporting the Plant in Total Quality management and maintaining good stakeholder relations and safety and security of all parties. Project social management, conflict resolution and Grievances management, HIV management, Training, GBV Monitoring, Child protection, and Corporate social responsibility delivery and monitoring, Land take or Resettlement of PAPs and delivery of compensation, Collection of Data for Socio-economic assessment for the Project Affected Person, Gender Equity and Sexual Harassment, Covid – 19 Awareness and enforcement of containment measures to project staff.
I am now seeking a position where my skills in coordinating Health Safety and Social Management, where I can put my expertise into use and improve existing processes and systems.

I am Currently pursuing my Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Kenyatta University and currently also Undertaking My IGC Nebosh with Varel Engineering. I have completed Diploma in Business Management and Administration from The Kenya Institute of management, ISO 45001:2015 OHMS From 3Fold Education centre, ISO 14001:2015 EMS and construction safety Management from Alsion Group.  I am Also a first Aider and Fire Marshal Having received training from Occuppex Consltutancy.
