Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Marketing

  • Conduct market research to identify business trends and customers’ needs and desires.
  • Analyze data and conduct surveys to gather the necessary information and interpret the data to create successful marketing strategies.
  • Create marketing and advertising campaigns to promote events, sponsorships, membership drives, happy hours, chef’s specials and gym activities in order increase member’s patronage hence increasing club’s income revenue.

PR & Communications

Events Management.

  • Design, create, and implement event-specific Excel checklists and worksheets detailing items needed for specific event pack out and source sponsorships from various corporates for the various events.
  • Coordinate and implement all operations within an event, including, but not limited to vendor selection, set up, décor, tech support and payment.
  • Ensure flawless event coverage i.e. videography, photography and earned media coverage in different local publications and radio/TV stations.
