SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS OFFICER - ROYAL MEDIA SERVICES/CITIZEN.

  • Implementing of SOP’s and contingency plans for the staff, visitors and service providers

  • Participated in the AMISOM (African Union Mission in Somalia). Conducting safety training and education programs, and demonstrating the use of safety equipment to fellow soldiers.
  • Underwent basic training at the Recruit Training School and completed successfully. 
  • Provided the newly recruited soldiers with health and safety orientations, and developing materials.
  • Inspected and evaluated workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Prepared reports for daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, safety issues, daily base security situation or unusual occurrences.
  • Ensured that all soldiers were well kitted before attending their various duties.
  • Monitored safe working conditions, practice resuscitation, rescue and First Aid procedures.
  • Briefed the supervisor on daily jobs, job allocation and storage of documents for future reference.
