Experience

  • Greeting the guest according to the time of the day, and if possible by Name.
  • Maintaining the privacy of the guest by making sure that none of their details are disclosed.
  • Anticipating guests needs, and acknowledging all the guests however busy and whatever time of the day.
  • Processing accounts from the time of check in to the time of checkout, ensuring accurate posting of all incidentals.
  • Maintaining cash float and making sure that accurate daily reports are received.
  • Handling cash and assisting the guest with currency exchange.
  • Ensuring that the guest checks out with a positive motive of the hotel.
  • Giving a follow up call to the Positive checked out guests, reminding them to a positive feedback on the triple advisor.
  • Assisting other departments when necessary.
  • Using proper etiquette at all times when communicating with the guests.
