My key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Managing the CEO’S calendar, arranging meetings, appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule.
  • Coordinating all aspects of the CEO's travel, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuringsmooth  operations and effective communication within the organization.
  • Correspondence through handling and responding to all incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handling human resourcematters, including maintaining employee records, managingpayroll, and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Maintaining accurate filingsystems for documents and records, ensuringeasy retrieval and efficient organization.
  • Preparing minutes and reports of meetings, highlighting key points and action items for distribution.
  • Facilitating effective communication between the director and other departments, staff members, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining meticulous records,managing confidential information, and providing essentialsupport in variousad-hoc tasks, contributing to the dealership's overall efficiency and success.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to legal standards and regulations, safeguarding the company's compliance.
  • Any other tasks delegated.
