I am a customer-oriented, adaptable, prompt, and efficient customer support and administrative professional accustomed to providing individualized customer service while simultaneously handling support tasks. I’m looking to explore opportunities that will allow me to utilize my academic and training experience and also see me grow in my career. With my versatile skillset, I present the unique advantage of fostering positive customer relations while promoting collaboration at the workplace through performing administrative and support tasks. My academic background and previous work experience have groomed me adequately for customer support roles and administrative roles.

 

Previously, I took the role of a customer service intern at Thika Sports Club to advance my customer service, interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills, allowing me to put into use my attentiveness to detail and ability to collaborate with others. My duties entailed food and beverage service, answering guest inquiries, handling complaints, and billing, thus I’m familiar with high-volume work environments and accustomed to multitasking. Later on, I took an travel agency management internship at Jawamu Tours and Safaris and later proceeded to work as a customer service representative at Majorel Kenya, familiarizing myself CRM systems and practices, promotional strategies, negotiation and persuasion, thus I have previously demonstrated the ability to learn and adapt to new policies and procedures and effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures, and standard processes. You will find I am able to analyze and prioritize requests and resolve issues quickly and effectively. My work ethic would add to your team strong customer service s kills, organizing skills, excellent interpersonal, prom-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as dependability and flexibility.

 

The approach to my work goes beyond the job description as I am always looking for a way to promote efficiency. Given the opportunity, it will bring me immense fulfillment to bring my talents and skillset to your team. I will be of contributory significance to your organization’s objectives.
