I have acquired a high degree of versatility, endurance and with over 20 years of work experience in different positions. My skills include training and capacity building; human resources management, dialogue and negotiation facilitation, data collection and analysis; report writing. Particularly keen on nurturing and instilling positive work ethics for the attainment of an all-round peak performance in the field of human resources management, peace-building; conflict management and conflict transformation and capacity building. |
