I have a passion for serving people. I am an experienced customer service representative having worked in a Microfinance environment. This also aided me gain administrative and accounting skills such as organize office meetings,  file VAT returns, call and schedule face to face meetings and interviews, reconcile bank statements, account payables and receivables. I am well versed in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and QuickBooks. 

Approximate rate: KSh 600 per hour

I worked for MOGO Kenya as a customer service representative aiding in Sales as well. I well versed in receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls giving satisfactory responses to customers 

I worked for Collections Africa as a debt collector, customer service representative as well as an account assistant where I gained knowledge in some the accounting skills.
