WORKING EXPERIENCE 2013 January –December 2016: Receptionist - Beams Hotel Responsibilities:

 • Manage guest bookings, allocate rooms and reservations

 • Undertake front-of-house duties, including meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience. 

• Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone

 • Serve as a waiter and other departments when needed

 • Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms. 

• Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

 • Responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.

 • Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times. 

2017 February- September 2021: Receptionist - Beams Annex Hotel Responsibilities: 

• Inform guests of hotel rates and services

 • Ensure proper room allocation • Register and check guests in

 • Provide accurate information about local attractions and services

 • Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
