About brenda eshitera:
I believe I understand what is required for this role especially in provision of operational support while maintaining confidentiality, conducting reception and customer service activities in a manner that allow clients to feel comfortable, satisfied and with integrity and much more.
I would also like to mention my experience in providing administrative support in the various organizations I have worked with, carrying out customer service duties, patient care duties including being a receptionist and carrying out office documentation such as data collection, analysis, accounting and computer services duties. Naturally, this helped gain excellent report writing skills and customer service skills having served as a Care/Nurse assistant at Marie Stopes International Kenya, Customer Service/Assistant administrator at LINNK Prestige garage. Additionally, I have worked as a Customer Serviceat Dasheki Logistics and as a salesrepresentative at Insight Management.
I have a Diploma in Customer Service and certificate in Information Technology as well as MS-Office, operating systemsand other computer software applications whichhave added value to my skills.
Therefore, if given opportunity, I am confident with my ability to apply the skills and experience I have learnt, and any other related training that I will be given in order to perform well in this position, and in turn achieve the goals and objective of the institution.
