Experience
I have worked for a year and a half with Techno Brain BPO as a customer service representative and gained knowledge of ensuring customer satisfaction. I have also mastered the art of working under pressure and meeting targets and deadlines. I have as well gained marketing skills to ensure upselling and cross selling wherever necessary.
I have also worked as a telemarketer for Kenya institute of supplies management for 2 major events and reached the set targets. Working as a telemarketer has greatly helped my communication skills.
Education
I attained my bachelor's degree in business administration human resources major at Kenya Methodist university with a second class Honours lower division.
Diploma in business administration at Kenya Methodist university with a credit.
Attained a C plain KCSE in Materi Girls secondary school.
