I define myself as being business oriented, analytical and innovative. I am passionate about numbers and leverage my services excellence, analytical and critical thinking to come up with ideas that enables me to bring on board business growth .
I have eight years banking experience with in-depth understanding of banking processes, procedures, regulations and products. Being a customer retention officer I have learnt how to use my knowledge on product offering to satisfy the ever changing needs of our clients by identifying products/service that best satisfies customer needs and introducing this product/service thus growing my portfolio.
I boast of a growing portfolio of 80 million deposit and have consistently held the title for the best business acumen with 70 % conversion in my outbound campaigns through cross-selling and up selling to existing clients and onboarding of new clients.
I am goal oriented, with a drive to consistently exceed expectation with excellent relationship banking experience and a passion for business growth.
