Am an adaptable graduate in bachelor of business information technology in mount Kenya university,I have technical and analytical skills in technology and am self motivated with technology and all the things related to it.Am intermediate with helpful skills to leverage my goals in IT and that of the organization.I have special skills in ICT support e.g Troubleshooting the local area network and internet connectivity,
Managing Active directory user accounts on MS-WINDOWS server Domain,
Installing and configuring operating systems, antivirus and other user programs,
Installation and configuration of ICT equipment e.g printers,
Carrying out preventive maintenance and repairs of ICT equipment,
Managing the ICT heldesk
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment ,
Fluent English and good communication skills,
