I would like to express my interest to work as customer care representative/It technician , which perfectly matches my experience and skill set. I am a degree holder in computer science with 4 years of experience in network system management and Customer service/relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

As a network system administrator in Mzalendo Afrinet, I performed the following duties; Maintaining network this include following through of the network fault’ resolution while making necessary escalations to ensure fault resolution.  Training new employee on the structure of the network. Showing them how to use billing system, network system and ticketing system, setting up lan connection and configuring internet devices ego routers and receivers. Computer hard ware and software maintenances. I have also worked in other administration and customer service / relationship management tasks where I acquired excellent skills and expertise in providing administrative support to Office Staff ,  installing software’s eg antivirus, updating firmware and widow licenses, monitoring system, coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance among other support  tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations .These attributes combined with ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, proficiency in using  MS Office applications, virtual meeting and communication tools  , telephone handling  and listening skills  positions me to make a positive impact in your Organization.
