I am a Psychologist with a B.A double major Psychology and Communication with over four years work experience. I am passionate and enthusiastic about offering quality services and ensuring clients have great customer experience. I am focused on building customers relationships through effective communication to serve their needs.
Experience
I have worked as a call center agent; health provider and I have served as a Quality improvement team lead where various teams in various projects as well as activities that helped improve service delivery. Convincing clients to access services requires creativity, great analytical skills as well as effort to improve quality of services to get clients satisfaction and uptake of services. Quality Improvement is a way of Life and my experience, skills and most importantly passion has always made service delivery enjoyable. I dream of a society that grasps the importance valuing client’s feedback as well as motivating staff and creating a conducive work environment by creating personal development initiative which yields to growth and development for the company as well as staff.
