Unlike traditional job portals, beBee Premium provides ongoing guidance throughout the job search process. Our proprietary technology scans millions of job listings to offer tailored opportunities, while our generative AI refines and personalizes resumes to align them with specific opportunities.

The purpose of beBee Premium is to empower job seekers to effectively reach their professional goals. Our values include innovation, transparency, and user orientation. beBee Premium is a subscription service that unlocks advanced features to enhance your job search. These include access to exclusive job listings, priority assistance for applications, advanced resume optimization tools, and personalized job recommendations based on your profile. Premium members also benefit from specialized customer service and faster response times.

If you decide Premium isn't for you, you can cancel it with just a few clicks::

1. Log in to your beBee Premium account.
2. Click on your profile picture (top right corner) and select My Premium account.
3. Select Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen confirmation.

After cancellation, you'll switch to a Basic subscription after the billing cycle and lose the Premium benefits. To delete your account completely, check the article 'How do I delete my account?'

beBee's support service will be available for handling claims from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (local time in Spain). Depending on the nature of the claim, the response time may extend up to a maximum of 72 business hours. Customer service will not be available on public holidays in Spain. Additionally, instructions for canceling the premium service are permanently available on the user's website, allowing them to proceed with cancellation independently at any time, according to the details provided there.

beBee Premium is not a recruitment agency and does not facilitate direct applications. Instead, our platform consolidates job offers from various sources. When you click on a job, you may be redirected to the original job portal or the company's website to complete the application process. This ensures that you interact directly with employers or recruiters.

The free resume review service from beBee Premium analyzes your resume and provides detailed feedback to improve its performance against applicant tracking systems (ATS). Our expert advisors highlight areas for improvement, ensuring that your resume is clear, concise, and tailored to your target roles.
