Is beBee a global service?
Yes, beBee offers services in more than 50 countries around the world. You can check the countries where we operate on our website.
What are the customer service hours?
beBee customer service will be available to handle complaints Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (local time in Spain).
Depending on the nature of the complaint, the response time may be extended to a maximum of 72 business hours. Customer service will not be available on Spanish public holidays.
In addition, instructions for canceling the premium service are permanently available on the user's website, allowing them to proceed with the cancellation independently at any time, according to the instructions provided there.
Is there a beBee app available on Android or iOS?
There is no beBee app. beBee is a service that is only offered through the website.
