    Description

    1. Design Strategy & Visual Conceptualisation: Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to generate clear ideas and concepts, establish visual tone, character, and messages that will effectively connect with the target audience and fulfil project objectives across digital campaigns and multimedia projects.

    2. Design Direction: Provide creative direction to designers and illustrators, ensuring that their work aligns with the project's vision and objectives.

    3. Artwork Creation: Create original digital artwork, graphics, and visuals using design software in tandem with the copywriter.

    4. Storytelling: Use visual elements to tell compelling stories and convey key messages effectively. Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas.

    5. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital visuals adhere to the brand's visual identity guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

    6. Project Management & Quality Control: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegate design responsibilities, review and approve design work, and provide feedback and revisions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.

    7. Agency & Client Collaboration: Participate in design discussions, give feedback during planning and strategy meetings, and work closely with clients to understand their visual preferences and requirements, presenting creative concepts and solutions.

    8. Technology Trends: Stay updated on emerging design trends, digital tools, and software to incorporate innovative elements into projects.

    REQUIREMENTS


    • Proven 4-5years' work and practice experience in digital art direction, motion graphics, visual communication, and other related fields for a variety of target audiences with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects.


    • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, with the ability to

    translate concepts into visually compelling digital designs, and versatility to work across different media.


    • Strong knowledge of visual design principles, current digital design best practices and techniques.


    • Effective leadership and team management abilities to guide and inspire creative professionals.


    • Strong communication and presentation Skills.


    • Self-management skills & ability to work in a hybrid system.
