    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking for a talented and detailed oriented individual to join our team as a regional Sales Manager.

    As a regional Sales Manager, you will be required to train the sales employees, collaborate with regional distributors, develop effective sales strategies to grow market share, deliver excellent and actionable sales reports and ensure that sales quotas for an assigned region are met and exceeded.

    To be successful as a regional sales manager, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise strong leadership skills.

    Ultimately, an exceptional regional sales manager should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Develop sales strategies for assigned region, focusing on developing new business and expanding existing business
    Develop a business plan, including strategies for increasing revenue and market share
    Develop and manage a competitive sales plan
    Develop regional sales budgets and forecasts
    Research market trends - obtain knowledge of competitor activities and market insights to adjust sales tactics and strategies
    Provide Monthly performance reports, comparative reports, Trends analysis, Client Status Reports and new clients, Sales projections
    Build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers
    Maintains knowledge of local and regional market conditions, and prepares for all customer and business development meetings
    Traveling throughout an assigned region to train and guide company sales representatives.

    Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

    Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned region meets company expectations.
    Monitoring and ensuring customer payments and collection of accounts are in a timely manner.
    Organizes for and actions on planned promotional activities in the region
    Any other duties that may be assigned by the management


    REQUIREMENTS

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
    4+ years' sales experience in an FMCG setting
    ICT skills with good knowledge on CRM systems
    Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
    The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
    Clean driving license (BCE)
