Job Purpose:
The role is to lead the program, taking charge of empowering economically disadvantaged parents from partner schools. The focus involves cultivating sustainable livelihoods and building resilience through micro-enterprises.
The candidate will be pivotal in providing support through comprehensive enterprise development, training, business coaching, and the strategic allocation of seed capital.

Qualifications:
Education:
A first degree in Enterprise development, Entrepreneurship, Business and Financial Management or any related discipline.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in community development, livelihoods, microfinance, and education.
Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in running a business venture.
Technical Skills:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
