    Description

    PalmPay is a next generation mobile wallet that empowers anyone with a smartphone to open a financial account, send money and make payments.

    Available on Android and iOS.
    Key Responsibilities

    Understand Customer and Merchant demands regarding Telecom and MMO services (USSD menu, SMS, SIM Card, MMO payment collection and disbursement).

    Based on market demands, summary Use Cases and develop Business Proposal to fulfill it.
    Building strong relationships with the Telecom, MMO, Banks, Switch, PSP, Regulators, Associations.
    Work with the partners to get the best service with good commercials.
    Monitoring industry trends and competitor services to inspire the business, improve current product and service.

    Working as Project Owner closely work with internal and external Partner teams (Business, Products, Tech, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation and Compliance) to fully delivery project results.

    Developing and executing strategies for growing and sustaining PalmPay's vibrant culture.

    Qualification & Required Skills

    Bachelor's Degree qualification in Business or IT or Computer Science related field.
    At least 2 years relevant working experience in Telecom and MMOs for BD/Partnership/Product roles.
    Extremely result-oriented, realistic and reliable, able to work with aggressive timelines with multi-tasks.
    Positive attitude, great interpersonal, business negotiation and presentation skills.
    Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
    English must be professional working level
