JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsA minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, at least three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory role;Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: - Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Masters degree in any of the following disciplines: - Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Registered with Engineers Board of Kenya or Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board;Members of the Institute of Engineers Kenya where applicable;Certificate in Supervisory Skills lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;Certificate in a Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;Proficiency in Computer applications;Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; andFulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
