Position: Sales Representatives [Commission Based Role]

Techvio Kenya is an IT based solutions service provider with experience in: Software Development Solutions, Mobile Application Development Solutions, domain and hosting service, Bulk SMS, Digital Marketing, sale of both hardware and software products, Technical Support and Consultancy Solutions.

Requirements:

Present, promote and sell our products to existing and prospective clients.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach potential customers through cold calling and other prospecting methods.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Attend prospect and client meetings to make presentations and oversee follow up.

Identifying opportunities for product development, and other product offerings.

You will be required to meet set sales targets and maintain a certain level of acceptable acquisition.

Follow-up. Setting up a follow-up schedule for all presentations done with the view of closing the business.

After Sale Service. Maintaining a cordial relationship with existing clients by taking care of their concerns and needs. Using this relationship to initiate resales and referral business.

About you:

You have a "Can do" attitude, self-driven, a team player with an energetic personality and works well under pressure. You have good communication skills and will be able to understand the prospects challenges and offer them the solutions they require from our wide range of products.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Sales Experience is an added advantage.

Minimum Diploma in any business related field.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Availability to start immediately.

We don't charge any fee for this job. Successful candidates shall be trained. This position is purely commission based with incentives.
