    Key Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide recruiting coordination and sourcing support to Talent Acquisition recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders to shorten the team's time-to-fill for recruitment processes with effectiveness.


    Your tasks include but are not limited to:
    Scheduling interviews, talent mapping, talent sourcing, cataloguing and retrieving candidate information. You will also assist in developing talent pipelines for assigned portfolios, especially hard-to-fill and mission-critical roles.

    You have a strong interest in a career in talent acquisition and desire to serve as a key team player on a global team of recruiters.

    Recruiting & Sourcing Assistance

    Must demonstrate aptitude and, that, with adequate training, the ability to perform the following tasks:

    Coordinates and schedules panel interviews.
    Talent mapping using LinkedIn Talent Insights for recruitments at beginning stages of recruitment process.
    Sourcing for quality candidates.
    Professionally handles confidential and sensitive information to ensure candidate anonymity
    Serves as an articulate and knowledgeable spokesperson for WVI from both a ministry and policy perspective when speaking with potential candidates and referral sources
    Respond to candidate inquires both by phone and e-mail
    Ability to identify qualified candidates on behalf of recruiter using LinkedIn Recruiter

    Maintain Internal and External Talent Pipelines for Assigned Portfolios

    Gather information from recruiter shortlists, interview performance feedback, talent review meetings, leadership development meeting debriefs on candidates we want to add on talent pipelines.

    The person in this role will determine which candidates should be added to talent pipelines and make recommendations to the Recruiter on which candidates should be considered for future roles.

    Utilising Talent Insights Tool to create proactive talent pools for designated clients
    Utilising Workday candidate pool for creating talent pools
    Knowledge cataloguing and management; able to quickly identify viable candidates from past searches, saving recruiter time in developing a candidate list for a role

    Other Duties as Assigned

    Duties at the discretion of the TA director or TA managers to assist in team projects as needed
    Small research/TA data analytics projects as needed
    Back-Up Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist for short absences from the office (1 week or less)

    Requirements
    Required Knowledge, Skill And Experience

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5 years of on the job training in office administration and/or recruitment coordination experience
    Knowledgeable on recruitment processes
    Understanding of applicant tracking systems
    Knowledge and ability using boolean searches to source or pipeline candidates
    Ability to fill in for Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists as needed.
    Ability to develop rapports with candidates and referral sources.
    Ability to multi-task projects and priorities in an organised and adaptable manner.
    Professionally handles confidential and sensitive information and inquiries, both verbally and in writing.
    Excellent organizing, planning, implementing and coordinating skills.
    High attention to details.
    Mature Christian who models Christian behaviours in engaging with others.
    Social Media savvy e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
    Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoints, MS Teams,) Zoom.
    Advanced customer service skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Ability to work remotely

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Qualifications

    Must demonstrate aptitude and, that, with adequate training, the ability to perform the following tasks:

    Aptitude for Knowledge Management; able to quickly identify viable candidates from past searches, saving recruiter time in developing a candidate list for a role
    Consistently executes good judgment
    Can serve as an articulate and knowledgeable spokesperson for WVI from both a ministry and policy perspective when speaking with potential candidates and referral sources
    Strong analytical, problem-solving time management, negotiation, and administrative skills
    Certification in Internet Recruiting and Sourcing (preferably through Social Talent) or SHRM
    Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent InsightsExperience using one way interviewing technologies
