    Mandatory Requirements:
    Possess a diploma/ degree in sales and marketing or electrical/ mechanical engineering.
    Demonstrate an interest in electrical energy and renewable energy.
    Have a basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
    Be results-oriented.

    Terms of Engagement

    The program duration is 3 months which may be extended.
    The technical sales trainees will be earning a retainer plus a sales commission
    Candidates will be evaluated at the end of the program. Successful candidates will secure full-time employment position as a Technical Sales Representative.
