    JOB SUMMARY

    You will concurrently manage multiple sales opportunities throughout their entire lifecycle, working in tandem with cross-functional colleagues as required. Furthermore, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all adoption-related activities, leading customers through the entirety of the business cycle, driving business development, providing accurate forecasts, and achieving our strategic objectives.Education and experience:Bachelor of Business and Information Technology or any other related degree. 2- 3 years of experiencePassion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving strategic goals and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques is a plus

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Spearheads data acquisition, compilation, and meticulous analysis, harnessing diverse data sources gathered from internet tools, platforms, and networks, including but not limited to Telephone, Snovio, Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Social Networks, Websites, and more.Manages both inbound and outbound lead processes via email, orchestrating external outbound email campaigns, and skillfully administering engaging weekly email initiatives. This results in the generation of robust leads and pipeline growth while nurturing valuable referral relationships with leads, maintaining an impressively low "Unsubscribe" rate. Supports in the development and management of Google AdWords Campaigns spanning various African countries, delivering impactful results. Undertakes in-depth analysis of internal data derived from the company website and internal data sources, leveraging tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics and Webmaster to gain profound insights into our audiences and leads. These insights inform the creation of informative dashboards and facilitate meaningful conversations. Assumes responsibility for constructing and executing SEO optimization strategies across our web assets, including the Website, Medium, and Google My Business.Expertly manages multiple sales opportunities concurrently, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional team members when necessary. Serves as the primary point of contact for all adoption-related activities, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Drives business development initiatives with precision, offering accurate forecasts, and attaining strategic objectives while maintaining an unwavering commitment to providing clients with an exceptional experience. Collaborates closely with the Sales lead to optimize business outcomes and explore opportunities with small and medium-sized enterprises.
